Up for sale is a
vintage (1997) Playmates #16212 Star Trek Strike Force Playset action vehicle, the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D
from Star Trek: The Next Generation, with collector's number 005557. The ship can be separated into a saucer module and a battle section. It includes a display stand and two miniature (1.25" tall) figures, Captain Picard and Commander Riker. The tiny figures have articulated shoulder and hip joints allowing the arms and legs to be moved. They can be placed in slots in the display base; or a figure can be seated in the captain's chair which appears when you flip open the saucer module to display the "bridge". They also fit a variety of additional Playmates Star Trek playsets.
Condition:
The ship is in excellent, near-mint condition. It was displayed for a limited time 20 years ago, but since then has been stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. It comes with the original packaging, which shows some moderate shelf wear and has a price sticker on one side, but includes all cardboard and plastic inserts.
