REDUCED!!! Vintage American Folk Art Wooden Ship BARRACUDA/ 38"X24"/Seven Sails

The American Spread Eagle flies proudly over the side of the BARRACUDA Sailing Vassal! I purchased this amazing unique piece in Vermont in the late 1980s. I was told the maker was a deceased retiree. I do not remember the name, sorry.
The ship is put together from scrap lumber, metal, plastic, yarn, cloth, and cut aluminum metal. The height of the ship is 24 inches and from end to end it measures 38 inches. There is a canon and a ship's steering wheel and an anchor that add lots of folk art character.
The piece is quite heavy but I can pack it well and ship it in a large cardboard box but it will require a shipping charge due to weight and size.
NOTICE: the bottom piece of wood was spilt horizontally and the maker had applied masking tape to hold the pieces together, the masking is still there but the wood spilt is missing.This does not affect the ships ability to be stable on it's stand.
