    I do not know much about this item, but what i do know is it is from 1956 and is Korean war era, it is a type of seat cushion/
    flotation
    device storage bag, the zipper is missing the pull, the buttons snap closed tightly. The bag is empty but the "lid" of the bag seems to have some cushy material in it. It is a cool rare find, i do not think there is another one listed on ebay.
