Crystal Polar Bear Made in France Beautiful, Topical, NICE!

This wonderful little Polar Bear is from France, but I haven't been able to 100% identify the maker. No damage of any kind, but no box, packing materials or other help to ID the origin. Please let me know if you know. I tried to document everything, so PLEASE c
heck out the pictures. If you have a question, please email me WELL BEFORE the auction's end, and I'll do my best to answer in time.
