Antique Maritime 19th Century Folk Art Hand Painted Plaster Framed Cased Diorama

Up for sale is a Beautiful Framed Antique Hand Carved/Molded Ship and Seascape.
The piece seems be molded/carved from what looks to be plaster and then hand painted.  Frame is the original frame to the piece.  The piece has dimension and is very well detailed.  I am not sure if the actual ship was carved or casted from the plaster and then attached to the backdrop or if it is just one solid carving/casting.
I have done my best to take as many detailed pictures of the piece as possible to show the exact condition of the piece.
The piece is in overall nice condition but does have some minor issues.
There is cracking throughout the plaster background, ship, and water. There is chipping of the plaster on the background, corners, and ship.
The wooden frame is beautifully carved, it is a nice heavy frame with a thick piece of glass enclosing the piece.  The frame does have some wear.  There are scratches and scuffing the the frame with some minor chipping in the wood along the corners and on the sides.
We purchased this from an estate about 20 years ago and have held on to it since then.  The estate that the piece was purchased from had many high end Antique/Collectible pieces.  The owner and his wife traveled the world and had an extensive collection of Unique Items.
The frame measures 39” by 27”.  The inside (the piece) measures 36” by 23 1/2”.
