and comes with all of the original accessories including a display stand, additional battery cover and in the original  The ship is in great shape but the packaging shows wear.
For those of you who are unfamiliar  Diamond Select Starship Legends ships, the TOS ship has a few versions. This particular ship has a smooth (non-gridded) saucer section where as the "HD" version has a pronounced gridded saucer section. All of the TOS versions  are around 15 inches with a saucer section around inches in diameter. When mounted on the OEM stand they are around 10 inches high. The ships have various light and sound effects. Inside the battery compartment is a switch with the following settings:  "try me", "off', and "play". The "try me" setting plays the same effect each time you depress the the bridge (which is the button) on the saucer where as the "play setting" will play produce a different effect each time until it runs through the list.  Depressing and holding the bridge down for t seconds will leave the light effects on until you turn them off by depressing the bridge again. These are awesome models  and a great solution for those of us that are not skilled at modeling and can't afford a Master Replica.
